Jana Sue-Mae Sager, of John Day, passed away at the Blue Mountain Hospital on December 31, 2023, at the age of 69. Jana was born to Edward F. Schwartz and Ethel A. (Clancy) Schwartz on May 1, 1954, in Spokane, Washington.\nJana loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, foraging for mushrooms and natural remedies. She enjoyed laughing and talking with her friends and family. She was known to be an exceptional cook. She was a baptized member of Church of The Nazarene. Her greatest life accomplishment was having over 20 years of sobriety.\nJana is survived by her four sons, Timothy Bacon of Battleground, Washington, Daniel and Cindy Bacon of Baker City, Oregon, Jacob and Amelia Webberding of Las Vegas, Navada, Matthew and Heather Webberding of Texas, and 8 cherished grandchildren.\nJana was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Ethel, her sisters Jon and Shirly.\nA private memorial service will be held for Jana by her family.\nMemorial contributions in her honor can be made to the Hope4Paws through Driskill Memorial Chapel, 241 S.
